joining Formalities and Induction Programme to Be Done

preparation of all Statutory Compliances as Under Various Labour Laws.

prepare Documents Related to Insurance Coverage to all the Employees.

Maintain of all Attendance Records / Leave Records

Preparation& Checking of Contractors and other Bills

Maintain all Personnel Files with Up Date Information and Relevant Documents.

Preparation of Probation Confirmations

Preparation of Pms for all Employees

to Keep Record of Unauthorized Absence / Late Coming & to Take Action as per Rule.

to Submit Pf & Esi Declaration Forms to Concern Authority.
