Job Description

We are looking for Sr. Recruiter - Lead to join our dynamic recruiting team, who will work with the team of recruiters concentrating in the areas of candidate's talent search and placement, process improvement, and strategy development. They will cultivate a collaborative team atmosphere and a strong service led culture that assures delivery of effective, efficient, and quality driven service to meet customer SLAs.

Required Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Interpersonal.

Ability to deal effectively with candidates/clients.


Minimum 2 - 5 Years of experience in IT Recruiting.

Flexible in recruiting for technical positions, sourcing a candidate from various sources – active & passive, initial resume review based on requirements, telephonic screening, scheduling interviews and closing feedback loops.

High level of attention to detail and sense of urgency about the recruitment process.

Ability to interact with professionals at all levels of an organization.

Ability to rapidly learn about internal organization structure, culture, and hiring practices.

Strong in using leading job portals Naukri & Monster, Searching Techniques / Sending Mass Mails.

Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
