Ability to have strong business focus and commitment to continuous improvement; proactively network and establish effective working relationships, must pursue conscious cost-containment efforts in recruiting, continually seek new sourcing options, and develop creative approaches to delivering candidates to the customer. Must have very good communication skills

Role and Responsibility:

Managing end to end Recruitment that includes sourcing, screening, interview scheduling & coordination, etc.

Sourcing the right profiles from the Job Portals by performing an appropriate search. Sourcing suitable candidates within timelines against each open position.

Using various sourcing channels for identifying relevant candidates like - job portals, social media & referencing.

Screening of profiles as per the mandates shared.

Assessing the relevance of the candidate against the position by evaluating his/her CV against the KRA for the job requirement.

Should be able to get a pool of candidates, do the telephonic screening, and schedule the interview and follow-up.

Developing new database by making fresh calls, cold call.

Candidate Engagement and talent acquisition skills.

Connect effectively and maintain a strong work relationship with all department.

Should be responsible for handling admin activities such as daily attendance management, follow up with the clients for invoice/ payment status. Timely follow up and coordination with candidates.

Keep track of daily records like confirmation, joining of employees etc.

Coordination with the various team.
