Job Description :

Good knowledge in IT and Non IT recruitment / Interest to work in recruitment.

Sourcing Candidates through Portals, Groups and References and validating the profiles according to the Job Description.

Conducting the Initial Level Pre Screening telephonic Interview with the eligible Candidates.

Checking on the Candidates Attitude, Communication Level and negotiating on the salary accordingly.

Scheduling Interviews and coordinating with the candidates.

Should possess excellent communication skills, flair to learn and effective people management skills

Should be able to work independently

Desired Profile/Qualification:

Any non technical graduates with excellent communication skills. Female candidates alone shall apply.

Good Negotiation Skill and presentation Skill
