we are Looking for a Recruiter with Full-cycle Recruiting Experience, from Talent Sourcing and Attracting Candidates to Interviewing and Hiring Great Employees.

responsibilities and Duties:

design and Implement An Overall Recruiting Strategy

perform Job and Task Analysis to Document Job Requirements and Objectives.

source and Recruit Candidates By Using Databases, Social Media Etc

screen Candidates Resume and Job Applications

conduct Interviews Using Various Reliable Recruiting and Selection Tools/methods to Filter Candidates Within Schedule

assess Applicants’relevant Knowledge, Skills, Soft Skills, Experience, and Aptitudes

onboard New Employees in Order to Become Fully Integrated

monitor and Apply Hr Recruiting Best Practices

provide Analytical and Well Documented Recruiting Reports to the Rest of the Team

act as a Point of Contact and Build Influential Candidate Relationships During the Selection Process

promote the Company’s Reputation as “best Place to Work”

required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

proven Work Experience as a Recruiter (either In-house Recruiter a Staffing Agency Recruiter)

solid Ability to Conduct Different Types of Interviews (structured, Competency-based, Stress Etc)

hands-on Experience with Various Selection Processes (phone Interviewing, Reference Check Etc)

familiarity with Hr Databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ats) and Candidate Management Systems (cms)

excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills

strong Decision-making Skills

Position: Business Development Manager
Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha
Salary: Negotiable (based on relevant work experience and skills) + Attractive incentive policy
Timing: 5 Working Days
Shift: US/Canada shift (Night Shift)
Responsibilities:
Interaction with the clients using various media like E-mailing, Instant Messages, etc. as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities
Selling experience of SEO/SMO/PPC/Website Designing & Development
Responsible for making marketing strategies and implementing the same
Generate requirement from new and existing clients through cold calling, resellers and converting email marketing leads
Research and build relationships with new and existing clients
Strong Presentation, Negotiation & sales closing Skills
Manage the team’s performance and target
Managing the entire sales cycle (Credential Pitch, Customer Acquisition, Account Management/Post Sales Services etc.) for the relevant technology services and solution
Minimum Qualifications
Any Bachelor/Master’s degree
3 years of digital marketing experience
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Experience working with SEO, SEM, and social media marketing
Exhibit excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Strong understanding of web metrics, digital testing methodologies, and optimization strategies
Ability to think strategically, implement and deliver business objectives
