We provide supplementary education products from LKG to class 12th. Our products are designed by the industry’s best subject matter experts. We believe that our educational materials will not only enhance student learning, but will also eliminate the need for any coaching outside of the school. We also want to create an ecosystem of teachers, schools, parents and children to transform our vision into reality. Currently, we are the education partner for over 2000 schools in India; we also have over 3 lakh customers using our education products. We are looking for self-motivated and energetic candidates who can help us to grow.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Headhunt by posting profiles on different portals for leadership positions

• Map the profile requirements, design the job description and prepare the reports

• Identify and contact the prospective candidates; ensure extensive high- level interaction with them to correctly identify appropriate candidates for Leadership Profiles

• Conduct intensive research about the industries, companies and clients across sectors, geographies, functions and levels to identify best practices

• Contribute to the overall firm strategy and business building goals

• Develop your own network within the industry with potential and existing candidates

• Gather market information for higher level profiles

• Prepare and manage the database of prospective candidates

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience – minimum 2 years in recruitment

• Very strong communication skills and the ability to be highly articulate

• Shows a high degree of initiative and the ability to work independently
