Job Description

Process of Time Office activities including Salary and wages ,and good work Calculation .

Responsibility of monthly end to end payroll processing, including verification of input and output.

Dealing with the full & final settlement & exit process of employees.

Developing various reports for management which make it easy to make decisions regarding the current resources.

Maintaining MIS of employees.

Supervision of statutory Compliance and to ensure the timely returns under various applicable acts like Factories Act, EPF Act, ESI Act, etc.

Keep current with employment law and HR regulations to ensure regulatory compliance.

Organizing employee engagement programs, employee safety, welfare, wellness and health programs.
