Responsibilities and Duties
Handling complete Recruitment for Company. Should be able to Hire in bulk when needed. Sound knowledge of HR Functions and statutory compliance is needed. At least 2 years of exp in recruitment is preferred. Going to Colleges/Institutes, Attending campus drives. Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job portals like Indeed/Quikr/Naukri etc. Manage all recruitment related documentation and administration, Qualifications and Skills
Any Graduates can apply.
Minimum 2 years of exp in hiring. Even Placement agency hiring/sourcing is fine.
Good communication skills.
Good command on statutory compliance.
