hr Responsibilities Include:-
1) Responding to Internal and External Hr Related Inquiries or Requests and Providing Assistance.
2) Redirecting Hr Related Calls or Distribute Correspondence to the Appropriate Person of the Team.
3)maintaining Records of Personnel-related Data in Both Paper and the Database and Ensure all Employment Requirements are Met.
responsibilities:-
1) Liaise with other Departments or Functions (payroll, Benefits Etc.)
2) Support the Recruitment/hiring Process By Sourcing Candidates, Performing Background Checks, Assisting in Shortlisting, Issuing Employment Contracts Etc.
3) Assist Supervisors in Performance Management Procedures
4) Schedule Meetings, Interviews, Hr Events Etc. and Maintain the Team's Agenda
5) Coordinate Training Sessions and Seminars.
6) Perform Orientations, On Boarding and Update Records with New Hires
7) Produce and Submit Reports On General Hr Activity
8) Assist in Ad-hoc Hr Projects, like Collection of Employee Feedback
9) Support other Functions as Assigned.
Requirements:-
1) Proven Experience as An Hr Coordinator or Relevant Human Resources/administrative Position
2) Knowledge of Human Resources Processes and Best Practices.
3) Strong Ability in Using Ms Office (ms Excel and Ms Power Point, in Particular)
4) Experience with Hr Databases and Hris Systems
