Over all responsible for HR & Administration & supporting activities of the company.
-Shall handle all activities related to Salary, Provident Fund, ESI, Workmen Compensation & policy, Gratuity, Labour laws, Payroll, Time management of workers etc.
-Shall be responsible to do complete employee insurance process.
-Ensure all appropriate policies/legal documents/mandatory licences/statutory paperwork required for the company.
-Responsible for joining of new employees & documentation to access/entry to project site.
-Shall plan & organize training camps for workers/employees.
-Shall handle process of recruitment of Staff, Engineers, Managers, Workers.etc.
-Preparing Full & Final Settlements of Employee.
-Shall handle tasks alloted independently.
-Coordinate with all departments /contractors for resources, workers, implementation of company policies.etc.
-Send weekly/monthly report to the company Headquater.
