Job Description

We have an urgent requirement for HR Executive with our reputed client into Engineering/ Construction Sector for their factory at Bhandup West, Mumbai. Please find the details below:

Requirement: 1 Nos.

Job Location: Bhandup West, Mumbai

Designation: HR & Admin Officer

Education: (UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization, Bcom preferred) AND (PG - Any PG Course - Any Specialization, Post Graduation Not Required)

Experience: 3-5 yrs

Industry: Construction

Function Area: HR/ Admin

Key Skills: HR payroll , talent acquisition, human resources, recruitment, PF settlement, ESIC, labour laws

Salary Range: 18000 per month

Job Profile:

1. Joining Formalities

2. Handling Employee Database (Both in Soft Form and Files Management)

3. Leaves and Attendance Management

4. Handling the payroll, preparing offers for the joining candidates

5. Confirmations, Performance Appraisals, Performance Management

6. Liaison with various government organizations for Employee Provident Funds, ESI and other Retirement Benefits

7. Exit-Interviews

8. Full and Final Settlement

9. End to End Recruitment

10. Should have experience in handling PF related issues, ESIC, payroll etc.

11. Should maintain confidentiality in work executed

12. Good Knowledge on labour laws will be preferred

13. Should have minimum 3-5 yrs exp in handling HR related activities.

14. Efficiency in work shall be appreciated.

15. Candidate should be from manufacturing work background.

Requirements:

1) Attention to details is a must have quality

2) Self-Motivated

3) Should have updated and accurate database on any hour of the day.

4) Should be good in coordination.

5) Should be prompt and fast enough in his/her actions.

6) Should maintain confidentiality

7) Should be proactive and focused

8) Should have knowledge on all facets related to HR field.

9) Should know to handle employee's grievances and other issues.
