Job Description

Provide administrative support for HR executives.

Organise, compile, update company personnel records and documentation.

Manage and update HR databases with different information such as new hires, terminations, sick leaves, warnings, vacation and days off.

Help in payroll management, preparation and payment.

Prepare, manage and store paperwork for HR policies and procedures.

Answer employees questions and provide requested information.

Maintain schedule and coordinate calendar activities.

Assist recruiters in posting job ads on careers pages blogs and processing received resumes.

Answer telephone calls and provide needed information.

Create reports for senior management.

Help organise and manage new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs.

Assisting in the recruitment and interview processes.

Supports human resources department by screening, testing, and interviewing applicants.

Prepares payroll by calculating pay, distributing checks, and maintaining payroll records.

Provides orientation for new employees by providing information packets, reviewing company policies, gathering withholding and other payroll information, explaining benefit programs,and obtaining signatures for documents.

Preparing and amending where necessary HR documents, i.e. employment contracts and recruitment guides

Create and update spreadsheets of daily transactions

Manage accounts receivable and payable

Review and process reimbursements

Prepare budgets

Maintain reports on financial metrics, including investments, return on assets and growth rates

Keep records of invoices and tax payments

Manage companys liabilities (e.g. insurance premium)

Identify and address account discrepancies

Participate in payroll processes

Report on financial projections (e.g. liquidity and cash flow)

Coordinate and delegate the task to the appropriate person of the team.

Update and keep employee records in check.
