Designation: HR/ Admin Executive

Job Profile

- Screening the resumes and fix up the appointment

- Conducting initial round of interview

- Providing clerical and administrative support to staff of the Human Resource department.

- Ability to interact with employees at all levels.

- Dealing with employee complaints and grievances.

- Preparing Attendance Sheet.

- Manage HR work like Salary, Leaves, PF, and Bonuses etc on HR Software.

- Conducting Interviews and Coordination.

- PF, ESIC, PT, TDS.

- Preparing letters as required, filing.

- Preparing certificates for appointed franchisees.
