Hello We have Requirements for the post of:- Hr Admin Executive

Job Title: Hr Admin Executive

Industry- Service Industry

Work Experience: 6month -3yrs

Salary: - 12,000k to 15,000k

Applied Candidate - Male only

Job Location:- Sector 21c Faridabad

Education Qualification:

GRADUATE / MBA /PGDM

Job Responsibility: -

1. Office Infrastructure Management through taking care of:

a) Help In infrastructure related items purchasing

b) Field boy monitoring

c) M.Ds Personal Work

d) Update Leave Records

e) Certificate Dispatch Tracker

f) Maintaining office discipline & monitoring HR code of conduct compliance.

g) Monitoring the time; if any employee outside for the official visit i.e. when they have reached, Started work, finished etc.

h) Office material, stationary purchase & coordinating with Accounts for the same.

i) Coordinating with Accounts & upon their requirements accomplishing basic bank related works like cheque deposits.

j) Monitoring the peon for proper office closing & staying with peon if office closing is delayed due to work urgencies.

2. HR related work

a) Induction Plan & Management for new employee.

b) Prepare Monthly performance & Leave analysis.

c) Tracking employee attendance through biometric software.

d) Handle all employee related legal cases.

e) Analysis of outgoing defaulters.
