Profile : HR Admin Executive
Experience Level: 1 to 5 Years.
Package - 20k to 35k
Location -Basavanagudi, Bengaluru, Karnataka
We prefer immediate joiners or those who can join within 15 days from date of offer
The position requires the candidate to travel, at least one a week, to our factory in
Bidadi (Bangalore). Main preference is HR recruitment role + additional admin role.
HR administrator responsibilities:
- Forming and maintaining employee records.
- Updating databases internally, such as sick and maternity leave.
- Preparing and amending where necessary HR documents, . employment
contracts and recruitment guides.
- Reviewing and renewing company policies and legal compliance.
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Good knowledge of employment/labour laws
- Key skills:
- Strong administration skills.
- Familiarity with business software such as Microsoft Office.
- A high level of confidentiality.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- The flexibility and willingness to learn.
