1. Management Of Update Detail Of Inward & Outward Material & Courier.

2. Vendor Management: Make Rate Contract With The Necessary Work & Utilities Related Vendor As For Cab Booking, Event Management, Hotel Booking, Housekeeping & Office Boy Management,

3. Effectively Maintaining Of Petty Cash,

4. Office-Stock Management,

5. Office Facilitation Management E.G. Genset Logbook Management, Water Bubble Maintaining Etc.

6. Timely Bill Forwardness Of Vendor

7. All Other Admin Task That Assigned By The Management Time To Time

8. Microsoft Office: Ms Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Form Letters/Mail Merge,

9.Data Entry, Word Processing, Typing, Spread Sheets.
