Job Description

Should have knowledge of Domestic / International Ticketing according to the needs of different client.

·Resolving clients complaint and Escalations whenever required.

·Knowledge of Issuance, Reissuance, Refunds, Cancellation

·Design itineraries and launch products as per timeline

constantly innovate and research so as to introduce new destinations and itineraries

·Maintain and update cost sheet of various products

Negotiate and contract rates, special offers, terms conditions for hotels and ensure the best available rates and availability

·Process hotel booking for various destinations and do direct contracting with different restaurants worldwide.

·Liaison with suppliers and hotels for request of rooms and transfer arrangements

·Negotiate rates with suppliers
