Responsible for providing customer service duties associated with customer contacts/inquires that are shared via all social networking sites like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn etc

Maintains on-going customer relationships and uses multiple software programs for tracking contact information.

Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of companys social content

Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions

Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
