Job Description

• Completely handling end-to-end Sourcing activities.

• Sourcing through Job portal, Vendors, Buddy referral, Internal job posting, News Paper Advertisements, Professional Network (LinkedIn), On/Off Campus, Interns.

• Should have knowledge complete recruitment life-cycle for identifying the best talent from diverse sources.

• Responsible to create offer pipeline and Responsible in making Resources On Board at right time with proper Follow-up with the candidates.

• Supporting in the Business requirement and strategising for the closures of the requirements( Monthly , Quarterly, Yearly)

• Co-ordinate with Human Resource Manager, Line Managers, Business Head for strategizing all the recruitment activities and recruitment drives to meet up resource

• Assessing and qualifying the candidates for next screening level based on test results.

• Support and coordinating throughout the interview and selection process of short listed candidates for joining.

• Articulating and negotiating job offers with candidates

• Clearly communicated all aspects of the offer including salary, benefits, bonuses, relocating, etc.

• Built and maintained internal database repository (Recruitment information system)

• Responsible to be updated with changes and developments in the industry

• Ability to understand business and support vertical across practices/Service Lines Should have managed multiple Stake holders in a high paced environment

• Will be responsible for Planning and organizing recruitment events across Pan India.
