Hiring for Team Leaders in International BPO

There is a requirement for Team Leader in international BPO

1. Delivery of team sales, service level components, quality and productivity targets &

indicators

2. Create an environment oriented to trust, open communication, creative thinking, and

cohesive team effort? Provide the team with a vision of the project objectives

3.Motivate and inspire team members

4. Lead by setting a good example (role model) - behavior consistent with words

5. Coach and help develop team members; help resolve dysfunctional behavior

6. Facilitate problem solving and collaboration

7.Strive for team consensus and win-win agreements

8. Ensure discussions and decisions lead toward closure

9.Maintain healthy group dynamics

10. Intervene when necessary to aid the group in resolving issues

SKILLS:

1)Candidate must have more than 3 years experience in international BPO (preferred) or a renowned corporate sector (Ex: Banking, Insurance, Stock etc.)

2)Candidate must have been working as a Team Leader or any higher designation for the past 1 year in an international BPO

3. Build a star team, not a team of stars

ELIGIBILITY:

1. Has to have experience in Outbound Sales

2. Should have Good Communication Skills

3. Must have Experience of relevant Process/Product, TL, Supervisor, Verifier, ATL

operations, Outbound Sales for USA/UK/AUS PROCESS or PROMOTIONAL PROCESS.

4. Minimum 2 + years in any USA/UK/AUS PROCESS (Sales Or Up selling Process).

Graduate/Post Graduate in Any Stream with experience of Min. 2 to 8 yrs in an International

BPO.
