Customer Service Voice

Review claims and call on delinquent customers.

Receive phone calls to collect / resolve delinquent customer queries.

Shift Window: 9 hours (UK Shifts/Australian Shifts)

Insurance Process with fixed Saturday and Sunday off/Airlines Process

Both way transport.

Education Qualification : B.C.A., B.Sc, BA, B.B.A, B.Com or any Grad, Undergraduates, Dropouts

Desired candidate profile:

-Must be fluent in English

- More than 1 year voice experience in customer service-

Minimum 12+ in any discipline.

- Flexible with 24-7 shift.

- Must have good computer knowledge.

- Energetic & self-motivated & team player.

- Salary 12000 to 28000 pm.
