Hiring for Printing Operation Trainee - Koratty

1. Ensures staffing is appropriate to meet workload requirements & productivity standards.

2. Overall responsible for quality and quantity of packaging products.

3. Also, responsible for cost control & process control.

4. Manufacturing of surface printed 5 layer poly and reverse printed poly/polyester

5. Machine experience Rotogravure with ARC and 200 mpm speed.

6. Checks text, color, design, bleed, dummy, etc. for all new jobs as part of the protocol.

7. To arrange work orders/cylinders as per the daily print plan in advance to avoid any delay in production.

8. Knowledge of Gravure cylinder output.

9. Colour seperation and mixing expertise.

10. Daily production reporting.

11. Monthly MIS.

12. Purchase planning with minimum stock maintenance.

13. Continious training of staff

14. Ensure zero defect high quality print in bulk production

15. Ensure cleanliness and proper machine maintenance

16. Working experience should be in Packaging Industry- Rotogravure Printing
