Job Description

Office Administration:-

1) Provide general administrative support to managers; book car service, schedule meetings, and process overnight mailings, etc.

2) Assist with administrative project-oriented work as needed from multiple departments

3) Primary point person for reception/visitors to office

4) Daily sorting of incoming mail and posting of outgoing mail

5) Coordinate office wide events - In house catering, office celebrations, town halls, team building events.


Qualifications:- any graduate

Experience:- 1-3yrs


Candidate should be experienced from same field.
