Facility Manager

Areas of responsibility of a facility manager are: being the primary contact in respect of all estates maintenance and development matters, ensuring the statutory compliance and upgrading the economic efficiency of buildings, machines and equipment.

As a facility manager it is important to have a consolidated knowledge in techniques and electronics as well as the ability t o coordinate and organize.

There are specific study courses of facility management, but alumni of architecture, economics or supply engineering also have good chances to work as a facility manager.

The amount of the salary is up to the size of the building and the amount of the budget that has to be administrated.
