Job Role: Care Coordinator/Senior Care coordinator

Job Description:

As a Care Ranger , would assist patients/relatives during hospitalization and patient discharge at the network hospital

Create awareness on Self-Help tools ( Mobile app/Website/SMS/Toll free )

Connect with all associated TPAs and provide first hand customer support in respective hospital

Customer support between 8am to 10pm (with flexible shift timings)

Qualifications

MBBS/Ayush/BAMS/BHMS/BVSc /BPT or any other medical profession

Relevant experience:

36 months experience with Insurer, TPA, Hospital & other healthcare verticals

Minimum of 2 year customer facing role

Language:

Hindi

English

Respective citys local language

Skills/Role:

Good communication and ability to handle patients and their relatives.

Thorough knowledge of the medical terms and medical conditions.

Should have ability to communicate and discuss medical condition with internal and external stakeholders Insurer/TPA/Hospitals

Ability to co-ordinate between Patient, Hospital and Medi Assist.

Should be ready to commute locally and have resources to commute (BUS or two wheeler or Metro or Train etc)

Open for different work shift timings ( between 8am to 10 pm)
