Job Description

-Generating new prospects; Developing and managing excellent rapport with laboratories, hospitals and doctors at local level.

-Helping the customer calling in to get our services - in time

-Guiding the client to locate our franchisees.

-Guiding the franchises/client in availing best schemes from company.

-Motivating and supporting the franchisees to improve their productivity.

-Helping Franchisee in maintaining quality, cost and speed of our services.

-Grievances handling if it comes from Franchisees or Customers.

-Additional responsibilities, tasks and duties may be assigned on temporary or regular basis depending upon business needs.

1. Good written and verbal communication skill,

2. Should know Hindi, English and additional one regional language
