Hiring for Business Enhancement Executive in International BPO

There is a requirement for Business Enhancement Executive

Develop and manage new and existing clients

Prospects for new clients

Identify potential clients, and decision makers

Research and build relationship with new clients

Setting up meetings between client decision makers and Company's Managing Director

Plan approach and pitches - work with team to develop proposals that speak to the client's

needs, concerns and objectives

handles objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through

differences to a positive conclusion

Present an image that mirrors that of the client

Candidate should have immense knowledge with regards to the International BPO Domain

ELIGIBILITY

Gender: Both Male & Female candidates may apply.

Education : Graduate in any stream

Skills: Excellent communication skills in English.

Age : within 40 years

Freshers can also apply for the post.

DESIRED PROFILE:

Candidate must have more than 2 years experience in international BPO (preferred) or a renowned corporate sector (Ex: Banking, Insurance, Stock etc.)

Candidate must be working as a quality analyst or any higher designation for the past 1 year in an international BPO

Goal oriented and aggressive

Positive attitude.

Good interpersonal skills.

Good lateral thinking

Willing to take cold calls.

Exposure in handling International Clients

Flexible for rotational shifts
