Job Description

Product, SME, Commercial Vehicle, Housing Loan, Loan Against property.

Key Accountability

1.Acquire, grow and manage portfolio of clients for commercial vehicle loan.

2.Deliver month on month targets on Loan Disbursals, Processing Fee.

3.Manage end to end client engagements in structuring deals, approval process through credit, on-boarding, documentation closure and transactional relationship support

4.Manage Credit Memo preparation and presentation to Credit Committee along with Credit

5.Drive Client Acceptance, Client Loan Documentation for on-boarding, draw-downs and recovery / restructuring efforts if any

6.Identify market trend and target customers needs in order to review and recommend product / services offerings for clients.

An Ideal Candidate should possess:

Sound knowledge of Commercial vehicle loans as well as general banking regulations

Previous experience of handling clients for CV loans in Indian Market

Driving success - taking action, seizing opportunity, pursuing goals

Communicating information - convincing people, articulating information, challenging ideas

Building relationships - interacting with people, establishing rapport, impressing people

Structuring tasks - managing tasks, upholding standards & focused on producing output

Processing details - meeting timescales, checking things & follow procedures
