Position: National sales Manager/ Sales Head

Experience Required: 10+ yrs

Base Location: Nasik

Division: Agro

Preferred Industries: Any agricultural inputs

Role & Responsibilities

1. Head the entire segment of Agriculture product sales

2. Add in new distributors or any channel per quarter for enhancing business

3. Locating and finalizing prospective Franchise owners in the assigned area.

4. Retention of existing customers/Distributors /parties and develop loyalty towards ***Group

5. Enhance business with existing customers

6. Ensure quarterly conduct of customer satisfaction survey (If it is related to quality

of agriculture product then it will be negative marking for Production/QA. But if

it is related to services then it will be negative marking for sales person)

7. Conduct internal audit of Plant related to product dispatch practices.

8. Ensure Payments should be paid by customers against all sold products within credit period.

People Management Responsibilities:

1) Conducting regular performance assessments of Sales Executives and Field Assistants and initiating corrective actions to improve performance.

2) Coordinating the activities of Sales Executives with Distributors and dealers to ensure targets are met and surpassed.
