Job Description

Require a well experienced Faculty member for taking the below courses:Computer Hardware and Operating System, Networking, CCNA R & S(2001-125),Windows Server 2012, Basic Linux, Cyber Security and Ethical hacking, Chip Level Repairing.

Should be very strong technically and his/her concepts / basics should be clear.

Communication skills should be very good.

Should have very good convincing power.

Should be a Team Player with positive attitude and approach.

International certificate will added advantage like CCNA,Window and Linux etc.

Should be able to train junior faculty. The ability to motivate others.

A patient and friendly approach to teaching

Need to help Counseling & Demo Lectures.

Visit to Colleges, Schools & institutions take the Seminars / Workshops and other activities.

Monitor Trainers activities as per the Lesson Plan.

Monitor Student Attendance and Dropout Percentage, Curriculum coverage, Students/Alumni/Parents meet, Placement ratio.

Conducting Periodical checks across the Area to ensure the Quality work.

Apprise Management about Training & Placement Status through Batch reports.

Motivating & building the Training Team. Ensure strict adherence to the processes laid through field visits, and orientation programs at the Centre level.

About Anudip Foundation

o Imparting training in the given area.
o Review student resumes and give feedback; provide coaching for the interview process.
o Conducting mock interviews.
o Assign and grade class work, homework, tests and assignments.
o Encourage and monitor the progress of individual students.
o Observe and maintain accurate and complete records of student’s progress and development.
o Counseling students with academic problems and providing student encouragement.
o Groom the students to prepare them for jobs.
