Job Objective:

Advises present or prospective customers by answering incoming calls on a rotating basis; operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and other telecommunications technologies

To sustain the process standards by imbibing continuous improvement culture

Primary responsibility:

inuous follow ups on enquiries generated from various sources

re on the site visit bills, enquiry number to be written before sending to the accounts department for the payments

res all the Site visits process is IT enabled (where applicable).
