Job Responsibilities as a Cabin Crew :

i) Attending passengers inside the flight.

ii) Showing hospitality to the passengers whenever required.

iii) Coordinating with the Pilot and Co-pilot in the Cockpit.

iv) Maintaining in-flight rules and regulations.

v) Making passengers calm during emergent situations like, airfire, hijack, air-turbulence, air-pocket.

vi) Helping passengers to utilize life-vest under their seats if the flight looses its equilibrium state.

vii) Guiding passengers for the usage of oxygen musks if there is an insufficiency of oxygen inside the flight.

viii) Understanding the usage of parachute, black box, voice data recorder.

ix) Coordinating with the cargo handlers and loaders after landing of the flight.

x) Ensuring optimum satisfaction to the passengers during their travel through serving breakfast, lunch or dinner along with snacks

Job Responsibilities as a Ground Staff :

i) Making reservation of tickets in the software like GDS and CRS.

ii) Dispatching luggage.

iii) Claiming surcharge for overweight.

iv) Checking VISA and Passports of the passengers whether they are authenticated.

v) Ensuring proper Guest Relationship Management for the passengers waiting for a long time in the airport.

vi) Coordinating with Cargo Handlers, On-board Crew Members, Air Traffic Control (ATC) zone as per demand of the situation.

vii) Making Customs Department involved if required.

viii) Maintaining rules and regulations in the airport.

ix) Using codes and terminologies as per requirement.

x) Providing boarding pass in exchange of ticket to the passengers.

xi) Ensuring optimum satisfaction to the passengers through effective service.
