Job Description

We are Conducting Walk In for Sr.Technical Support Associates(International Voice Technical Support)

Qualification: B.Tech (All Branches)/Any Graduate

Experience: 0.6-4 Years (Freshers with Good Communication Skills also can apply)

Salary: Best in Industry + Variable Incentives

Exp: 20% hike on current CTC(Up to 4.2 LPA)

Shift: Rotational/Australian Shifts

Transportation: Pick & Drop Provided

Number of openings: 200

Roles and Responsibilities:

1) Candidate should have a mix of technical and customer service skills and be passionate about technology and helping Customers

2) Should possess effective written communication skills and comprehension skills.

3) Should have command on internet concepts, networking concepts, Operating System concepts, Computer basics and Wireless Communication.

4) Assist & respond to technical and customer queries. Handling basic Troubleshooting Issues.

5) Candidate having prior experience in Customer Service industry will be Plus
