Role: Senior Sales / Branch Manager

Location: PH Road, Maduravoyal, Chennai

Experience: 3 to 12 years

Responsibilities:

Must have experience in to Direct Sales (Micro Finance products).

Should have hands on expr on Home loans and Loan Again Property.

Should have team handling and multiple team management expr under pressure.

Should be an Degree Holder (MBA is added Advantage)

Loan against property & HOME Loan.

Developing Contacts create DSA in market.

Increased customer satisfaction in difficult situations by taking Mortgage or Home loan escalated calls.

Successfully coordination DSA & Builders.

Daily visit DSA & sourcing document in DSA & Builders.

Attending meetings and Business Conferences with prospective clients.

Daily field activity in visit & customer places collect document

Handling DSAs and Connectors is the prime responsibility.

Recruiting DSAs on monthly basis to promote our products.

Recruiting Connectors as free lancers on commission basis.

Managing DSAs to do Home loans and Loan against properties.

Meeting with Customers and doing Personal discussion to pitch HL and LAP.

Support Credit team in PD with customer after logins of files.

Coordinating with Technical and Legal team for sanction of cases

Coordinating with credit team for documents before sanction of cases.

Disbursement of cases post sanction and documentation.

Support DSAs by providing inputs on products

Meeting the monthly targets on HL, LAP and cross sale products
