knowledge of Gold Loan/Jewel Loan Business / Team Handling profile

Minimum 6 years of Experience of sourcing Gold Loan from Open Market and managing a team of Gold Loan executives.

Achieving consolidated monthly target.

Responsible for Gold Loan Growth and handling 20-40 plus branches

Responsible for achieving Cross Selling products of the region and maintaining relation with Cross selling Peers to ensure smooth implementation of process.

Ensuring adherence to laid down instructions with regard to conduct of business and administration by branches
