Our Client is a leading player in Real Estate Industry.

Job Location :- Mumbai

Experience :- 5 to 10 Years

Qualification :- CA

Job Purpose:-

Ensure effective and efficient operation of the Support Functions - Finance Division.

Jobs and Responsibility:-

1. Preparation of standalone and consolidated financial statement as per IDS/IFRS.

2. Support related to areas such as proposals for new business, IND AS convergence, new accounting pronouncements and other regulatory changes which impact

accounting decisions.

3. Assists clients with respect to monthly MIS reporting & also recommended tax strategies that align business goals.

4. Though knowledge of IFRS, accounting and financial principles and practices,financial reporting, auditing and taxation, accounting statements, and industry trends.

6. Preparing financial statements, including monthly and annual accounts and maintaining for stakeholders and managements reference and forecasting.

7. Prepare financial managements reports, including financial planning and forecasting.

8. Major client handle for construction, liasoning, IT and financial services as well, supporting to draft financials as per IFRS and MIS reporting.

9. Liasoning with the statutory auditors & auditors.

10. Tax audit reporting drafting with schedules as per income tax act 1961.

11. Drafting of financials statements with schedules and annual audit report as per IND AS.

12. Drafting transfer pricing reports & Compilation of data for assessments authorities.

13. Maintain fixed asset for calculating monthly depreciation expense.

14. Preparation and filing quarterly ETDS return & response to tax authorities.

15. Monthly MIS reporting and analyse monthly financials for corporate reporting.

16. Monthly closure of accounts by making accruals & prepaid accounting entries.

17. Assist management for finalization of the books of accounts.

18. Computation of advance tax by applying prescribed rates, laws and regulation.
