Job Description

Central Warehousing Corporation, a Schedule-A Mini-Ratna, Category- I, Central Public Sector Undertaking under the administrative control of Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food & Public Distribution, providing Scientific storage facilities for agricultural inputs, produce and other notified commodities besides providing logistics infrastructure like CFSs/ ICDs, Land Custom Stations, Air Cargo Complexes etc. for import- export cargo, invites application from eligible candidates, who fulfil the prescribed qualification, experience, age etc., for the posts indicated below:-

Qualification : A post Graduate Degree in First Division in Agriculture with Entomology or Microbiology or Bio- Chemistry or a post Graduate Degree in Bio Chemistry or Micro- biology or a Post Graduate Degree in First Class in Zoology with Entomology.

Experience : At least four years experience in public Institutions or Commercial Organisation in a senior Managerial position or 4 years service in the Government in the scale of Rs. 78800- 209200.

Age Limit : 45 Years (i.e. candidates should not have been born earlier than 02.11.1973) As on last date of receipt of Application. Age relaxation according to Govt. rule regualtion.

The Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) is seeking qualified candidates for the post of Director(Personnel).
Qualifications & Experience:
The applicant should be a graduate from a recognized University/Institute with good academic record. The Post Graduate Diploma or Degree in Personnel Management/ Human Resource Management or Masters in Business Administration (MBA)/ Post Graduate Diploma/ Programme in Management (PGDM/ PGPM), from a recognised University/Institute, will be desirable.The applicant should have at least five years of cumulative experience during the last ten years in various aspects of HR/ Personnel Management/Industrial Relations in an organization of repute.
