Preparing and updating Documents and MIS

Managing SLAs. Provide insights for better leverage and setting up systems and controls for efficient management

100% ownership of resolving customer escalations at the highest level.

Participate in customer meetings at site, coordination, trainings & meetings on customer experience feedback and strategic initiatives.

Ensuring day to day process controls with partners and regional team to ensure timely resolution of all customer queries.
