Job Description

1. Post Offered: General Manager for Production Administration In A Limited Company

Location: Punjab


o Graduate from recognized university.

o Should possess technical skills and project management skills.


Candidate should have work experience of 8 to 10 Years in a Public Limited Company having minimum turnover of Rs. 500 crores.

Functional Area:

oversee the production process, drawing up a production schedule;

ensure that the production is cost effective;

should be capable of checking and managing the quality of the products.

Should be capable of handling the responsibilities of cost accountant.

decide what resources are required;

draft a timescale for the job;

estimate costs and set the quality standards;

monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed;

be responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment;

monitor product standards and implement quality-control programmes;

liaise among different departments, e.g. suppliers, managers;

work with managers to implement the company's policies and goals;

ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed;

supervise and motivate a team of workers;

review worker performance;

identify training needs.

Ensuring stock material management in tandem with the purchasing department.
