Manage telephones & correspondences EPABX, letters, emails, etc
Manage entry / exit for visitors & internal staff visitors register, employees attendance register, outdoor register
Manage all incoming / outgoing correspondence inward / outward register for couriers, purchase register, incoming / outgoing register for materials
Manage & monitor supplies (including stationary, cleaning and other supplies) and order as needed
Conduct level one interview / telephonic interviews
Shortlist candidates
Background verification
Employee / labour on-boarding, induction, joining formalities, etc.
Handle & control petty cash
Accounting / reporting for petty cash
Follow up for cash with Accounts department
Making a weekly cash plan
Manage travel bookings Internal & External
Maintain hygiene at the receptionist
Manage all types of AMCs schedules & deadlines
Monitor inventory of office supplies
Monitor costs and expenses
Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and tradespersons
Manage birthday and anniversary emails & celebrations
Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.)
Foster good team-work
MIS & Reporting
Adhere to companys policies
Perform other duties as assigned
