Experience : 0 to 1 yrs

1. Job Description:

a. Receiving Customers and guiding to Concern Department.

b. Maintaining the Cash Vouchers.

c. Giving Registration forms to new Customers & collecting them by the end of the day.

d. Updating Registration forms in Excel.

e. Maintaining daily Customer visits in the Register and updating the same in the system.

f. Receiving Cheques from Accounts department and informing same to Contractors and issuing them.

g. Calls received are directed to particular department.

h. Handling the Couriers.

i. Maintaining IN and OUT time and Leaves of the Employees.

j. Every Month monthly Registration update is mailed to Director.

k. Guiding the Customers, who all coming for the Rent.
