Job Description

Managing office guests

Receiving and managing telephone calls

Coordinating and communicating with other departments on a regular basis Scheduling and

maintaining appointments

Coordinating and organizing meetings

Managing stationery requirements, pantry requirements, etc.

Any other task assigned by Senior Management

Provide any other office support services

Prerequisites:

Good planning and organizing skills

Good time management and multitasking skills

Good verbal and written communication

Reliability and stability

Command over Microsoft Office tools, like Excel, Word, Power Point

Attention to detail
