Job Description

we are looking for someone who have a degree in hospitality/ a viation with/ without previous experiences in the Front Office Department within a hotel or as Flight Crew Member. Excellent Written and verbal English Communication Skills, along with strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities are essentials. Basic computer knowledge would be required.

Key Duties:-

1) Maintain an up to date knowledge of local services, including operating hours, promotions, events, attraction and any allied information to respond to client queries.

2) Accurately process invoicing and inventory management when Hub Manager/Asst Hub Manager are not available.

3) Work cross functionally with Sales & Marketing and operations team
