Job Description:

- To be the first point of contact for any customer who walks in the clinic

- To attend walk-in clients and brief them about the services of the company and then refer them to the available counselor

- To inform clients about the consultation fee and give relevant information for their queries

- To undertake overall responsibility of incoming calls and appointment booking along with reminder calls to clients to both old and new clients.

- To ensure proper and complete filling, maintenance and filing of managerial documents, such as Treatment Record Form, Medical History Form, Consent Forms and Client Cards and Feedback Form

- Only Female candidates will be considered
