Job Description

Greet and assist guests at the front office

Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages

Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them

Responding in a professional and courteous manner to customer inquiries

Effectively handle customer queries and complaints based on operational standards

Keep updated records and files

Take up other duties as assigned
