Job Description

We are looking for smart and skilled candidates who are also dynamic and flexible

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome the guests

Answer questions and inquiries

Monitor office expenses and costs

Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages

Receive letters, packages etc.

Check, sort and forward emails and calls.

Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary

Keep updated records and files

Take up other duties as assigned

Requirements

Previous experience as a receptionist or front front desk representative.

Familiarity with office machines/software (e.g. excel & word, printer etc.)

Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping

Moderate language skills (oral and written)
