Job Location: Bangalore /Jigani

Job Type:Full Time

Job Time: Day Shift: 09.00am – 06.00pm

6 Days working& Fixed Weekly Off on Sunday

Age Group: Only 18-30 Yrs.

Qualification Required:

Any Graduate

Any Post Graduate

Any diploma

Skills Required:

Graduate / 1 -2 years experience in FOE, Good looking & Good communication

Experience Required:

Fresher/ Experienced both can apply

Job Details:

Being face of the company and assisting team

Handling day to day activities of the company.

Handling visitors, making entries in log books, attending incoming calls taking messages, forwarding the calls to the appropriate sections of people, take care of entire front office related activities, Excellent communication skill.

Assist people smoothly with a smile on face and should actively interact with them

Greet people warmly and make sure they are comfortable.

Handling counter billing & Cash settlement

Daily reports on number of invoices billed.

Handling calls & Handling customer queries.

Taking care of overall front area, including Notice board, promotions, board meetings etc.

Dispatching the courier consignment and tracking the details and follow up made.

Handling inward and outward register for the distributors.

Handling incoming and outgoing calls.
