FRONT OFFICE MANAGER: rn1. Managing and training the concierge, night auditor and team of receptionists.rn2. Ensuring the front desk provides a professional and friendly service for customers.rn3. Dealing with customers, including handling complaints when they come to the desk.rn4. Troubleshooting emergencies.rn5. Scheduling your staff rota.rn6. Liaising with other department.rn7.Perform other duties as requested by management.rnrnFRONT OFFICE SUPERVISOR:rn1. Ensure Outstanding customer care at all times.rn2. Maintains a friendly, cheerful and courteous environment at all times.rn3. Courteously and accurately answers inquiries from potential guests and accepts hotel reservations.rn4. Uses suggestive selling techniques to sell room nights, increase occupancy and revenue.rn5. Supervise daily shift process ensuring all team members adhere to standard operating procedures.rn6. Train, direct the work of, resolve issues/problems and coach and counsel the front desk team members to ensure a quality operation.rn7. Performs other duties as assigned, requested or deemed necessary by management.rn8. Ensure Front office log book and hotel log book is always updated.rn9.Perform other duties as requested by management.rnrnFRONT OFFICE MANAGER:rn1.Responsible for proper key control and other security measures.rn2. Supervises workload during shifts.rn3. Evaluates the job performance if each front office employee.rn4.Maintains working relationships and communicates with all departments.rn5. Maintains master key control.rnEnsure implementation of all hotel policies and house rules.rn6. Operate all aspects of Front Office computer system, including software maintenance, report generation and analysis, and simple configuration changes.rn7.Prepare revenue and occupancy forecasting.rn8.Perform other duties as requested by management.
