-Age between 21-28 years.

-Ability to manage CEO Office.

-Ability to organise, prioritise & execute tasks accordingly and complete tasks within specified

timelines.

-Well versed with administrative skills to handle all kinds of situations diplomatically.

-High level of integrity & maintaining confidentiality

-Must possess high level of patience and multitasking abilities.

-Pleasing Personality with good communication skills.

-Proficient user of MS Office.

Roles & Responsibilities

-To provide administrative support to the office.

-Managing CEO as calendar.

-Arranging Meetings, Schedules and logistics.

-Maintaining records and minutes of the meetings

-Handling front desk activities and attending daily walk-ins.

-Providing support in HR Coordination.

-Vendor management.
