JOB DESCRIPTION

Meeting and Greeting the customers at help desk

Answering their queries regarding the concierge service.

Handling customer queries over telephone/ in person.

Collecting the required documents and cash for the concierge service request

Should be ready to take care of queries received through inbound calls, walk in customers also

should be able to process requests.

Monthly reporting on required concierge/benefits.

Supporting in regional benefits initiatives to Assistant Manager Ops

REQUIRED.

Good Communication Skills

Good Written Skills (to take care of email)

Basic knowledge of MS Office

Qual: any graduate

Location: Lower parel east

Timings: 5pm to 9pm

Salary: 7k - 8k take home + esi+pf
